Learn moreAston Martin F1 (AMF1) launched a transformative ERP project to align finance, warehousing and HR systems with strategic goals. Partnering with SmartCo, they navigated F1 season constraints, tight deadlines and a stringent cost cap to ensure seamless implementation.
SmartCo drove organisational change and ERP implementation, crafted plans and governance framework, established robust reporting structures, and led the change strategy and approach. Our end-to-end delivery of this critical initiative was ensured through close collaboration with AMF1 executives. SmartCo provided advisory support across all aspects of the programme.
